Mohan Sivaloganathan is a keynote speaker, coach and a "recovering CEO," as well as a proud father, husband and friend who challenges the status quo. Sivaloganathan earned the nickname of the “Batman of Social Impact,” as an executive leader and keynote speaker by day and hip-hop artist by night. Throughout his career, Sivaloganathan has supported local and national organizations in orchestrating sustainable transformation and systems change for education, civic engagement, racial equity and social justice.

Founder of Harmonious Leadership, Sivaloganathan promotes a new leadership model that balances well-being and performance. Previously, he was CEO of Our Turn, a youth-led movement to close opportunity gaps. Sivaloganathan has been recognized as a “40 Under 40 Rising Star” by New York Nonprofit Media and a “Next Generation Leader” by the Human Services Council. His work has been featured by ESPN, Fast Company, Stanford Social Innovation Review, New York University, Good is the New Cool, Synergos Institute and more. His song "LOVE LETTER" received an honorable mention in the 2023 USA Songwriting Competition, and his documentary In Pursuit Of earned an honorable mention at the 2024 Richmond International Film Festival.
