Gabrielle Novacek is a managing director and partner in the Chicago office of the Boston Consulting Group. During her 15 years at BCG, she’s served as a global expert on talent and organization topics, with a particular emphasis on large-scale organizational transformation, change management, leadership and culture. She is the global leader for BCG’s Socially Transformative Business practice along with its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion global capability center. In these roles, she orchestrates BCG’s engagements with private, public and non-governmental organizations working in service of advancing equity and inclusion in business and society more broadly.In addition to her client-facing work, Novacek is a fellow within the BCG Henderson Institute, a three-year research and development appointment focused on driving breakthrough advancement in DEI thinking and practice. She was previously the DEI Chair on BCG's North America Management Team, and spent 10 years as the global leader of Pride@BCG (BCG's LGBTQ ERG). Outside of BCG, she’s been recognized five times as an OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executive, and was a 2018 recipient of the Great Places to Work for All Women's Leadership Award.
