Why you should listen
Fang Ruan's work focuses on corporate reorganization, corporate governance, leadership and talent management. She leads Boston Consulting Group's China Academy and the People and Organization practice in Greater China and Asia-Pacific. She is also the co-lead of the BCG Henderson Institute in China, BCG's strategy think tank dedicated to exploring and developing new insights into business, technology and science. As a member of BCG's Technology, Media and Telecom practice, she has extensive experience in business management, including a project in which she created a corporate governance mechanism to improve company longevity and improve executive performance.
Before joining BCG in 2006, Ruan worked for the Restructuring and Listing Office of the Bank of China as a senior project manager. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a degree in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
