We commit to ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants, including minors, vulnerable adults, and individuals from marginalized communities.
Implementing safeguarding practices is integral to the planning, execution, and evaluation of all events, activities, and initiatives hosted by TED.
While TED does not organize or hold any children events, any sponsored activities that TED-Ed provides are done directly with schools, such as TED-Ed student clubs and educator programs which are supervised by local educators, parents and managed by each local school.

TED enforces a strict no-tolerance policy for all forms of abuse, harassment, including, but not limited to physical, emotional, or sexual misconduct.
All reported incidents of harm will be taken seriously and dealt with swiftly through proper channels, with an emphasis on maintaining the victim's dignity and confidentiality.
