On November 27, 2010 TEDxVancouver celebrates its second annual event by infusing the world-renowned TED platform with the local energy and spirit of an outstanding line-up of thought provoking talks. Presenters at TEDxVancouver are hand picked for their inspired thinking and world acclaimed accomplishments, and in the TED tradition, each is challenged to give “the talk of their life” in 18 minutes or less.
“The Fine Line”, reflects the sometimes contradictory and dichotomous points of view in our rapidly changing world, and seeks to demonstrate how diverse viewpoints are catalysts for change. Like TED’s own mission “The Fine Line” represents the space where ideas are born.
