Masahiro Takeda
Born in Kita-Akita City, Akita in 1985. He is now 28 and the representative director of 'kedama inc'. After finishing his degree at Ritsumeikan University, he gains experience in the digital contents field in Tokyo. His growing worry towards the critical state of Akita; Japan's leading rice producing prefecture, and the Japanese diet pushed him to start his current company. Since then, he has organized a group of tractor drivers 'Tora-o' to gain further publicity for hardworking young farmers. He has also held events in Tokyo to connect the consumers and the producers of crops, and set up a website(torao.jp) to deliver rice directly to the consumers.

Megumi Hamada
Since she first joined OMRON Corporation, she has been taking an active part in pioneering the women's rights in the workplace. Her careers in various fields started from sales followed by development, staff education, and directing member of the labor union. After her second permanent reassignments, she is now committed to promoting gender equality in the workplace, using her wide experience. Her activities include conducting board meetings on how to decrease the gender gap, promoting gender equality with the company's inner-relation department, and also providing lectures for female members of staff. Her role as employment manager has brought her into contact with several hundred students this spring as she conducted interviews for the company looking for talented people.
Takanori Ito

Taiki Satoji
During his training at a hospital, Taiki was deeply moved by a therapy that makes the patients weep with joy. This encounter reinforced his desire to forever help others. He works to contribute to the proliferation and development of rehabilitation. His activities include enlightenment campaigns for rehabilitation, interviews with people living with disabilities, and organizational study sessions.
Minoru Karasawa
Born in Nagano and brought up in Kyoto City. Majored Psychology at Kyoto University, where he obtained his BA and MA, and he completed his PhD at UCLA. He specializes in Social Psychology, and his research field is Social Cognition. He looks into the process of an individual understanding and forming opinions about others and the society, including prejudice and assumptions. He also applies demonstrative measures to find out how cultures and legal systems affect these processes. His hobby is playing tennis, listening to Jazz and Rock music, and watching sports such as the Major League.
Naoshi Nagano
Born in 1970. He is a high school teacher in Chiba. Although he was originally teaching Geography, he started teaching IT classes when they were newly added to the curriculums in 2003. From 2009, he studied the use of touch panel devices in education for 2 years at the Naruto University of Education. He now focuses on the promoting of IT education and wider use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in various ways.He was transferred to Sodegaura High School in 2010, where he established the Information and Communication Course. It was the first time for public schools in Japan to provide a tablet device for classes to each and every student.The realization of the near-future education is his goal. He is working to make ICT more familiar technology to all and equip the students with skills to actively adjust to the evolving society.
Kimi Hasebe
She is the representative director and the art producer at White Ship Inc. When she founded the firm with her fellow artists in 2001, she had a vision of spreading the Japanese sense of art and creativity to the world. She looked into the possibility of art where both the artists and the audience can participate. From that, she developed the concept of Communication Art and also Art Management, which brings out the creativity of business leaders and organizations. She promotes her art programs for individuals and major corporations. Since 2008, she has been working with strategy consultants to develop and offer a program, 'Vision Forest', for organization reform and trouble shooting. She is also a manager for artists and she promotes incubation, owns galleries, and organizes exhibitions.
Satsuki Tanahashi
Inspired by The Big Issue, a British origin NGO which supports homeless people, and by one of its slogans of 'From Charity to Business', Satsuki is working to help the homeless individuals using The Big Issue Nagoya Net.She wishes to create a society where each individual is respected making use of the power of civic activity.
Kotaro Tamura
Former member of the House of Councilors for two terms. Directed the 1st Abenomics as the Parliamentary Secretary in the Cabinet Office of Economics and Fiscal Policy in Japan in the 1st Abe Administration. Former chairman of the Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Former managing director of Osaka Nichi Nichi Shimbun newspaper company, current advisor to Shin Nihonkai Shimbun, and president of Osaka Nichi Nichi Shimbun. Advisor to the Shanghai International Business School, and honory associate at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Sinagpore. Was a researcher at Yale University, Harvard University and RAND Corporation. Obtained degrees from Waseda University, graduate school of Keio University (during the course he also studied abroad at HEC Paris), Duke University School of Law, Yale University School of Economics.Completed AMP at Oxford University, and EMP at Tokyo University.
