Following the legacy of TEDxSydney 2013, a sold out live event at Sydney Opera House which has thusfar generated 10m online views for its videos, the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and the TEDxSydney team have collaborated to bring you TEDxYouth@Sydney, an event specifically aimed at celebrating the creativity, innovation and connectedness of young people. Presented in the MCA’s premier harbourside venues on Sunday 17 November, the event will provide an inspiring environment for young creators, thinkers and social entrepreneurs to share and be inspired by ideas worth spreading.
Developed with a curatorial team aged 18–24, TEDxYouth@Sydney embraces the global TEDYouthDay theme ‘the spark’, bringing together speakers and performers who will present empowering stories of how they have pursued their creative ideas and created positive impact in their communities.
