TEDxUNLV will be having its inaugural event on April 11, 2014.
In the spirit of “Ideas Worth Spreading,” TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring individuals together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talk videos and live speakers combine to spark deep discussions and connections in small groups. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).
For more information, visit the Ted website.
TEDxUNLV is designed to be a full day experience that includes active discussions and networking—please plan to attend the entire event. The TEDxUNLV will be broken into three sessions as listed above, with additional intermissions and opportunities for discussion and networking.
The following will get you to our event on time and in the right place:
Check in and continental breakfast at 7:30 am
Event begins at 8 a.m. and concludes at 5 p.m.
Complimentary lunch experience included
