The theme for this year's conference is "The U in Us" and seeks to foster conversation about the individual stories, ideas, and talents that make up the Carleton and local community. Some questions we will seek to answer throughout the conference: How are we defined by the groups in our lives? What sets us apart from these groups? Where are we headed as a global, national, local, Carleton, etc. community? How can we work together to construct a better future?
