Theme: TEDxTwenteU, where science meets society.

The University of Twente is one of the three Universities of Technology of the Netherlands. TEDxTwenteU 2013 cannot pass by this emphasis on technology and science, without paying attention to it. University of Twente is also a university that combines technology with social and behavioral sciences. To organize an event that will be interesting and inspiring for a diverse audience, we are arranging speakers from all kinds of disciplines. The speakers can have a scientific background, or the exact opposite. Our theme covers this intention. Our four sessions will get each their own theme, matching with Where Science Meets Society.
