"How do we become aware of being in the moment? How and when do we feel it and where? How does 'being present' relate to our concept of time? Tonight we will explore, in an experiential way, our own ability of Being in the Moment. What is the role of boredom, mindfulness and slowing down in becoming more present with ourselves and others?"

Corporate anthropologist Bell’s travelled the world talking to users of computer devices. She came back with an unexpected take-home message: it’s about the value of boredom. Bell reckons everyone needs to disconnect from their beloved technology devices and embrace doing nothing for a while.
