This event will bring on some reflections and recommendations on how to adjust the process of teaching and learning to the characteristics and uniqueness of each child or young person, and, second, how to create a humane, physical and material conditions that will allow full and effective participation of all individuals in the school and in society. We want to extend this discussion at TEDxAveiroED. The starting point for this discussion will be the two talks of Sir Ken Robinson, followed by four speakers.
