Shokhjakhon Akmalov is a third-year university student and a rising leader with 6 years of experience in business and management. Starting his journey at just 16, he has held roles such as Office Manager, Leading Specialist in Marketing, and Telemarketing Lead for Alibaba.com. He currently serves as the Assistant Coordinator at the Business Incubation Centre at MDIST. Shokhjakhon leads impactful student initiatives including the AI Projects Club, MDIST Podcast, and EcoRise Club, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and personal development. He is passionate about empowering youth, building communities, and bridging education with real-world opportunities. In his TEDx Talk, he will share powerful insights from his journey-highlighting how students can take initiative, lead change, and create value, even before graduation.
