Babar Ali is a passionate educator who, at just nine years old, founded "Ananda Siksha Niketan" (Home of Joyful Learning) in the backyard of his home to provide free education to underprivileged children in West Bengal, India. Recognized by the BBC at 16 as the "Youngest Headmaster in the World," he has since inspired many as a TED Fellow and public speaker through his mission, "Education for All." Over the last 20 years, his school has offered completely free education to more than 7,000 students, and his inspiring journey has been included in curricula around the world. His work was also honored by the Hon'ble President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind, during a national address on January 25, 2020.

Nidhi Goyal, born in 1985, is a blind Indian disability and gender rights activist. The one behind The Rising Flame, an NGO advocating for women and youth with disabilities. She was diagnosed with an incurable, irreversible progressive degenerative eye condition that rendered her blind at 15, she lost her. vision, but her aspirations stood strong and she became India's first blind female stand-up comedian. Ms. Nidhi also serves in UN Women Executive Director's advisory group.
