With a background in luxury retail marketing at Chalhoub Group since 2017, she has collaborated with brands like Tory Burch and Michael Kors. Aarti is active at Mawaheb art studio, expressing creativity and honing life skills alongside other determined adults. A dancer and fitness enthusiast, she balances corporate life with regular gym sessions, showcasing her commitment to health and wellness. She has made a mark in modeling, featuring in Adidas’s “Support is Everything” campaign, and recently won gold in all three categories at the 2023 Asian Classic Powerlifting Championship. Now venturing into Bollywood with a lead role in *Maktoob*, Aarti continues to inspire with her achievements, aiming to promote equality and inclusion.

Often found in the artistic corner, she’s on a mission to break free from her shell and embrace the spotlight—one public speaking event at a time! With a unique voice and creative flair, Aswathi brings stories to life, inspiring others to find meaning in the ordinary and courage in self-expression. Her journey is as captivating as her stories, marked by a fearless commitment to growth and creativity.

Charlotte Jade

Attaché for French Language and Linguistic Cooperation at the French Embassy in the UAE

Charlotte Jade serves as the Attaché for French Language and Linguistic Cooperation at the French Embassy in the UAE, overseeing French language education across Emirati and international schools, universities, and cultural centers. With a background in cultural anthropology and linguistics, Charlotte's journey began in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she helped develop French art programs for schools. After earning a Fulbright scholarship to teach at the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, she interned as a UN interpreter in NYC, then spent five years in Oxford, UK, training teachers and writing textbooks that she adapted for diverse international audiences. In 2020, she became an education engineer for the French Ministry of Education in Paris. A passionate advocate for cross-cultural learning, she embraced the opportunity to move to the UAE to lead efforts in French language and cultural education.

Christelle Carneiro

A dedicated student with a passion for purpose, she brings energy and insight to everything she does. With a natural affinity for music and art, Christelle uses these creative outlets as powerful tools to connect with others, leaving a lasting impression wherever she goes. Beyond academics and creativity, she is committed to making a positive impact, inspiring those around her to embrace their own voices. Christelle's journey is one of resilience and vision, a blend that shines through in every endeavor.

Naureen Youssef

Director of Marketing & PR

Naureen Youssef is a passionate speaker and author whose writing journey began at age 13, leading to the publication of her first book, *Bits & Pieces*. Her path has been shaped by resilience and creativity, especially after overcoming a challenging divorce at 26. She entered fashion modeling to rebuild her confidence and, in 2019, became Miss Planet Egypt—the first mother to hold the title. With nearly 20 years in marketing, Naureen holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Marketing) and a GDM in Business Management, and is an ICF-certified life coach. She has shared her insights at TEDx events in Cairo and Doha and served as an MC for another TEDx in Cairo. Naureen’s story of personal growth and independent parenting fuels her mission to inspire others to persevere with resilience and hope.

Neeharika Kapre

Nikky is an experienced Radio Presenter and Events Host based in the UAE, currently hosting the morning show Kadak Mornings on Kadak FM, one of the largest commercial radio stations in the region. Her show offers an opinion-based overview of global happenings, covering topics from sports and entertainment to local and international news, featuring celebrity interviews, movie reviews, trivia, and the latest trends in Bollywood and Hollywood. Nikky has also conducted interviews with prominent figures in both industries, with highlights including her conversations about Aladdin, Mission Impossible, and the IIFA Awards, as well as an interview with Sonu Nigam. With a diverse background in media, she has worked as a reporter for Times Now and served as a Story Editor for the 8th season of Bigg Boss with Endemol Shine. With over a decade of experience, Nikky has hosted numerous events both as a freelancer and for Kadak FM.

Pranav Katarru

As a lifelong learner, he thrives on the unknown, diving into complex challenges with determination and an unwavering commitment to make a meaningful impact. Rishikesh Sagin

Ruth Chigbo

Geoscientist/ Business Developer

Ruth Chigbo is a Nigerian leader, geoscientist, and business developer advancing innovation in the energy sector. Pursuing dual Master’s degrees in Marine Geosciences and Ship/Offshore Repair Technology, she pairs academic expertise with her role at a global oil and gas company. A certified Personal Development Coach and Black in Forbes member, she mentors through platforms like Lecture Hub. Her initiatives include Climalearnation for climate education, YouHire, an AI-driven STEM app, and Brave Up, a resilience blog. As a TED speaker, breast cancer advocate, and author of *From Chaos to Clarity*, Ruth empowers others through her podcast *Energy Daily* and international speaking. Her work embodies resilience and inspires future changemakers.
