Ayesha Sayed

Grade 11 Student
Ayesha is a passionate advocate for youth activism, and believes that young people are the driving force behind the UAE’s future. Inspired by the UAE’s vision for progress, Ayesha encourages young people to take leadership roles and make meaningful contributions to their communities. She believes that with the right support and opportunities, young people can turn ideas into impactful change. As a speaker, Ayesha aims to inspire and motivate her peers to use their voices, take initiative, and embrace their role in shaping a better future.

Fatma Khalid El Guthmy

Head of Academics
Fatma believes leadership is a professional privilege that requires recognizing and harnessing the uniqueness of every individual within an educational setting. As an educational leader, she plays a critical role in bridging societal needs while nurturing the talents and skills of both students and teachers. With today’s children being the future leaders, her mission is to facilitate knowledge, provide relevant resources, and implement current pedagogical practices to prepare students for their chosen careers. Her educational background includes Teacher Training from Cambridge University (UK), Coaching and Mentoring from Graydin Ltd (UK), a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Middlesex University, and an NPQSL from UCL Institute of Education (UK). She is currently pursuing an MSc in Applied Psychology at Middlesex University.

Majd Kayali

Majd Kayali is a Grade 11 student at American School of Creative Science, Dubai. Majd thrives on compassion and empathy and confidently shares his idea about Atomic habits, encouraging the audience to create systems, not goals.

Mukhlisa Fayzullo

Grade 9 student
Mukhlisa is Grade 9 student at American School of Creative Science, Dubai. Mukhlisa is deeply passionate about self improvement, STEM, and just changing the world for the better. She has participated in EEG competitions and she and her team were runner ups.
