Nosso evento se torna, então, um passeio por Fortaleza, o X dos espaços é a influência deles nas nossas vivências enquanto conjunto. E no mapa do TEDx o X está nas entrelinhas das palestras, você encontrará nas palavras aquilo que faz e aprimora o indivíduo.

Aline Albuquerque

Visual artist and educator

Visual artist and educator, she holds a degree in Fine Arts from UNICAMP and a master's degree in Arts from UFC. Her production and interests include themes related to art and politics, art and education, activism, collective and collaborative creative processes, and urban micropolitics. With the collective installation AGITPROP, she has participated in group exhibitions at museums such as MAR - RJ, MASP, Museu Nacional da República - DF, Pinacoteca do Ceará, among others. She is currently the manager of dissemination and cultural action at MIS-CE (Museum of Image and Sound). She lives and works in Fortaleza.

Hugo Fernandes

Biologist and Director of Innovation

Hugo Fernandes is a Biologist, Director of Innovation & ESG at Seteg Soluções Ambientais, Professor at UECE, and advisor for Master's and Doctorate degrees at UFC. He is from Minas Gerais, holds a PhD in Zoology and a Post-Doctorate in Ecology, but dreams of becoming a citizen of Ceará. He has conducted field research in all of Brazil's biomes, but now works to value biodiversity and implement effective conservation solutions. A science communicator since 2010, he was considered by GQ Magazine as one of the Knowledge Influencers in Brazil.

Jeritza Gurgel

Lawyer and Social Columnist

Jeritza has been a lawyer for 25 years and is a social columnist for Diário do Nordeste, but between courts and editorials she shows another side of herself: she creates digital content sharing her experiences, opinions and stories that we would sit for hours to listen to. This multifaceted woman from Ceará is proof that, with versatility and originality, it is possible to challenge stereotypes by combining encounters, culture, knowledge and diverse passions.

Mariana Marques

Entrepreneur

Mariana graduated in advertising from the University of Fortaleza in 2004. She has worked in a thousand things, lived in a thousand places, and what she really likes to do after experiencing a lot is: talk and write. She lives in Fortaleza and has no desire to leave. Because she is a woman who is passionate about everything she does, she always has a new idea. She is always ready for an interesting conversation. She is the creator of Auê Feira. She also works at Pana Têxtil, hosts the podcast Muito Auê, writes and creates at Catarina Mina, Samba e Água Fresca and with the artist Dipas.

Morgana Camila

Entrepreneur, Presenter and Content Creator

Advertising professional, entrepreneur, mother, presenter and content creator from Ceará, she became known for her irreverent narration of the traditional September 7th parade in her city, Maranguape, which traditionally takes place on Rua Major Agostinho, where the well-known catchphrase "Arrasa na Major" (Kill it on Major) came from, which led to her presenting and reporting on regional and national television programs. Today, she works on social media and the studio - as she is part of the cast of presenters of TV Band Ceará on the program Band Mulher with her segment "Xiringa", in addition to being part of a strong team that runs the podcast "Escutou Porque Quis", a ratings success that is among the five biggest comedy podcasts in Brazil, as well as her stage version with "Assistiu Porque Quis", a box office and audience success on her tour around the country. She recently launched her own brand "Soul Glam", with beauty products that bear her signature.

Law Student and Social Activist

Nice Sales is a law student and social activist who has been composing music since she was little and loves bringing people together to share ideas and create an impact. Since 2020, she has been holding annual shows with the aim of revitalizing spaces and impacting realities. In her first show, she supported @pensandobemof to transform a place that was a scene of drugs and crime into a space for education and innovation. This was the beginning of Beco Céu, in the Inferninho favela, in Fortaleza, Ceará. In 2023, she represented Brazilian youth, opening the UN Global Compact event, held by Somos Um - Conexão ODS. Nice was president of a @girlupbrasil club in Fortaleza and is currently an IC scholarship holder from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, experiencing scientific knowledge for impact. She believes that people's voices matter and emphasizes the strength that exists in following a purpose and bringing people together to drive it forward.

Ceará native, 25 years old. Entrepreneur and social leader since he was 18. Founder and CEO of the @pensandobemof m Institute and creator of Beco Céu - Innovation Hub Youngest leader of the Gerando Falcões Network and the first 3D favela in Ceará. In addition, he is curious and has a mission: TO TRANSFORM THE FAVELA that was born from the inside out with technology and social innovation.
