This is the theme of the event:
Talent
The fusion of uniqueness, potential and performance results in that "something special" often referred to as Talent. It can be innate; it can be developed or it can be wasted. Though we know it exists, talent has always been difficult to identify and nearly impossible to quantify. Difficult or not, the unique challenges of the 21st century demand that we identify the right talent for the task at hand. Talent can be found in individuals, in groups of individuals (personified by institutions), or through ecosystems of the two. At this TEDxBandra event, we will explore the search for Talent and approaches to talent management and development in society, education, and business.
