He has worked in large organisations like GE and JPMorgan in senior roles. In his career, he has worked in different countries and lead teams as large as 400. He is currently working with Berkadia (a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial group company) as a Vice President. He is a keen student of Indic Wisdom and is constantly looking for opportunities to learn and share. He was invited to speak at the Ramakrishna Vidya Mandira, Belur Math in Kolkata about Chanakya Niti. He is the author of the book Nex-Tep. The book lays down a simple framework that will help individuals build their careers. He mentors small businesses and helps them grow. He's also on the Advisory Board of Vidya, a NGO that works on providing education to the underprivileged.
