In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

A passionate networker, reader, and traveler, he documents his experiences in popular blog posts, amassing nearly 2 million impressions in the past year. His first book, “Learning through Humour,” was published last December.

Dr. Sanjay Arora

Dr. Sanjay Arora is a distinguished expert in strategic planning, brand building, and digital marketing with a wealth of experience spanning consultancy, creative development, and academic teaching in the field of marketing communications. A sought-after keynote speaker at conferences, Dr. Arora also conducts impactful workshops, corporate training, and motivational programs. His specialties include strategic brand communications and creative concept development for various marketing materials such as campaigns, brochures, websites, and presentations. With a passion for teaching, he covers topics like marketing, advertising, brand management, and creativity. Dr. Arora also leads training programs focused on business growth, digital marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Dr. Zubin D’souza

Dr. Zubin D’souza joined ISH as the Dean of Culinary and Practical Arts, is a graduate of the prestigious OCLD and holds two PhDs. One in Organizational Behaviour and the Second is in a topic that he is absolutely passionate about - Human Analytics. He calls Mumbai home even though he has travelled the world in his 26 years as a Chef. He is also the author of 11 books and is currently working on his 12th.

Himmat Anand

Mr. Himmat Anand - Founder, Tree of Life Resorts and Hotels and a Dog's Story. From humble beginnings to an illustrious career in hospitality and tourism, his journey has been marked by ambition, adaptability, and a passion for unique experiences. After completing his hotel management diploma in New Delhi, he joined the Taj Group of Hotels, only to find a new calling in inbound tourism with SITA World Travel. His ventures spanned continents, from Frankfurt to Paris and London, ultimately leading to a senior role at Kuoni Destination Management. In 2010, he fulfilled a long-held dream by founding Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, expanding it into a leading boutique brand. After selling the company in 2023, I now focus on & quote Dog's Story,& quote; a unique hospitality venture for pet lovers, while cherishing time with Jugnu, his loyal Labrador companion

Kunal is the Managing Director and founding member of the Indian School of Hospitality, where he oversees brand strategy and growth. With over 30 years in the education sector, he specializes in establishing innovative institutions and building high-performance teams. Before joining ISH, Kunal led renowned organizations like Kingfisher Training Academy, TC Global, and Expat Group Centre of Excellence. A Physics graduate from the University of Bombay, he is passionate about aligning educational resources with industry needs. Recognized for his contributions, Kunal is regarded as a pioneer in India’s educational landscape.

Previously, he held key leadership roles at Wyndham Hotels & amp; Resorts, Ginger Hotels, and Lemon Tree Hotels, contributing significantly to their growth and success. Known for his expertise in business development, operations, and innovation, Nikhil is passionate about building capability and inclusiveness. He is also a co-author of Rumi & Kabir Consulting, a book that draws inspiration from the lives of the two mystic poets.
