Theme: Collage: Shattered Pieces, Shared Stories

We are pleased to announce the fourth edition of TEDxAwaji – "Collage: Shattered Pieces, Shared Stories."
TEDxAwaji was founded by the residents of Awaji to give locals a voice and platform to the world and to bring new ideas to the community of Awaji Island.
For the past three years, we have been consecutively hosting TEDxAwaji under the themes of "Be the Ripple: The influence of small choices" (2021), "Ikigai: Where are we going?" Next March 2025, we will be back under the theme of "Collage: Shattered Pieces, Shared Stories."
Theme Explanation: "Collage: Shattered Pieces, Shared Stories" explores how fragmented experiences shape our lives and connect us with others. It highlights the beauty that emerges when we piece together our stories of resilience, transformation, and unity. For speakers, this theme offers a platform to share personal journeys, inspiring the audience by showing that every experience contributes to the larger mosaic of human connection. For attendees, it provides a chance to see their own lives reflected in the stories of others, fostering a sense of community and mutual understanding.
Event Details:
• Date and Time: March 9th (Sunday) from 11:00 to 16:30 (doors open at 10:45)
• Language: English session and Japanese session (4 speakers each; subtitles will be provided)
• Tickets: Limited number of 100 tickets

• The schedule may be subject to change.
• Seating is unreserved.
• We will not accept cancellations.
• Lunch will not be provided. Snacks and drinks will be served between sessions during the intermission.

TEDxAwajiは、淡路島の住民によって設立され、地元の人々に知識や経験をシェアするプラットフォームを提供し、淡路島のコミュニティに新しいアイデアをもたらすことを目的としています。

そして、この度！！！2025年3月に、「コラージュ: ちりばめられたアイデアが織りなす物語」というテーマのもと、再び淡路島に戻ってきます！
＜テーマの説明＞
「コラージュ: ちりばめられたアイデアが織りなす物語」は、いままでの様々な経験が私たちの人生をどのように形作り、他者と繋げるかを探求します。困難、変革、団結のストーリーが折り重なり生まれる物語の美しさに注目します。スピーカーにとって、このテーマは、それぞれの旅を共有し、すべての経験が人間のつながりという大きなモザイクに繋がることを示すことで、お越しいただく皆様にインスピレーションを与える機会を提供します。お越しいただく皆様にとっては、他の人々のストーリーに自分の人生を映し出し、コミュニティと相互理解の感覚を育むチャンスです。

●言語: 英語セッションと日本語セッション (各4名のスピーカー、字幕付き)
