Meet Dr.-Ing. Sara Claramunt, a chemical engineer with a Ph.D. in Chemical and Process Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and over a decade of experience in the field. Sara is currently shaping the future of clean energy as a Business Development Manager at hte GmbH, where she focuses on advancing research in battery materials and green hydrogen applications through High Throughput Experimentation. With a career spanning innovative research, process safety, and groundbreaking developments in micro-process engineering, Sara is a leader in driving sustainable energy solutions. Her work is not just about engineering—it’s about making a lasting impact on the world.

Diana Waithanji

Diana Waithanji is a passionate Cybersecurity Engineer at SAP SE in Germany who believes that data security is a human right. Diana's work in cybersecurity extends beyond her role at SAP, she serves as a board member of the Nivishe Foundation and sits on two technical committees at the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), focusing on software, systems engineering, and IT security. She is also the deputy chair of women in Security, ASIS Kenya Chapter, advocating for greater inclusion in the security sector.

Kave Bulambo

Kave Bulambo , a trailblazing leader and advocate for diversity and inclusion, recognized as one of the voices shaping a new era of leadership. Named by The Female Factor as one of 2024's influential leaders and a finalist for Germany’s Most Influential Women in Diversity and Inclusion in 2021, Kave is on a mission to challenge the status quo for women and underrepresented groups in the tech industry. With an impressive career in Talent Acquisition, working with top organizations like SmartRecruiters , N26 , Zalando , and Pitch Software, Kave's expertise led her to create impactful initiatives. As the founder of Black in TechBerlin and TalentDiverse, she connects Women and BIPOC talent to career opportunities within inclusive organizations.

Latifa Warrelmann

Born in Karlsruhe to a Moroccan-German mother and a Nigerian father, Latifa’s early life was fraught with challenges, including years of instability, homelessness, and addiction. By the age of 14, she had already faced more hardships than most endure in a lifetime. But in 2012, Ms. Latifa made a courageous decision to change her life. With immense love, hope, and determination, she overcame her past, leaving behind addiction and unhealthy habits to embrace a life full of possibility. Today, she’s not only a proud mother and an ambitious entrepreneur but also a source of inspiration for many. Through seminars, workshops, and mentoring, Latifa shares her journey of overcoming inner destruction and finding peace within.

Okolo Dr. Brando

Dr. Brando Okolo is a visionary in the fields of chemistry, physical metallurgy, and materials science. With a PhD and an illustrious academic background, Dr. Okolo has made significant contributions both as a professor and a researcher. He has served as a professor of materials science and engineering at the German University in Cairo and for innovation and change management at the Karlshochschule International University. Currently, Dr. Okolo is the founding director of the Steinbeis-Institute for Materials Applications and 3D Printing Solutions (IMAPS) in Karlsruhe. His expertise spans additive manufacturing (3D Printing), 3D imaging, materials engineering, and hydrogen economics. Dr. Okolo has published extensively, holds several patents, and is passionate about promoting production-based economies in African countries. His entrepreneurial spirit has led to the creation of several startups, and he continues to build collaborative partnerships across Europe and Africa.

Zakaria Jaiathe
