This year's theme is UnlimiTED: Reinventing Realities. Creating our realities is something we can choose to do every day within ourselves. It will resonate on a different frequency for everyone. This empowers each of us to mentally and emotionally transport ourselves into new realities where we can redefine our personal limits and envision a life filled with possibilities. Unlocking your potential on a very personal level.

The live event is Saturday, December 7th, 2024, 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., afterparty 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. And with our holiday adjacent event date you can combine it with your holiday celebrations!The red dot returns to Seattle with a day of unified voices, purpose, and entertainment. Holly Menino is a two-time EMMY Award-winning journalist and the co-anchor of KOMO Morning News in Seattle, where she wakes up the city from 4:30 to 7:00 AM every weekday. Renowned for her dynamic on-air presence, Holly has earned recognition for her breaking news coverage and investigative reporting, with honors from both the Northwest Regional EMMY Awards and the Society of Professional Journalists. Born on Hawaii’s Big Island and raised in rural southeastern Washington, Holly’s professional broadcasting journey began with her graduation from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow School of Communication. When she’s not on air, Holly enjoys life in the North Sound with her husband, two children, and their dog. You’ll often find her at her kids’ sporting events or enjoying the Pacific Northwest’s great outdoors. And whenever she can, she heads back to Hawaii to relax with her ohana on the beach and enjoy a classic plate lunch. Aloha!

Larkin Bohn

After transitioning from spirited theater major to the rigid world of the military to being the first and only woman sailor on some of her ships, Larkin thought the major changes in her life had already happened but little did she know, at age 43, the biggest reinvention was still to come. She had already begun with her work as a Science Communicator onboard various small and large maritime vessels, creating fun, interactive content of the women she is working with at sea, both as sailors and scientists. Twelve years at sea have afforded her countless opportunities to connect with incredible women from around the globe. A few years ago, shifted her life even more. She wants to inspire and unify women of all ages, backgrounds, religions and walks of life, creating a snowball effect generation after generation. Combining her passion for women empowerment, videography, and being at sea has been a dream come true and she knows this is just the beginning!

Laura Choi

Leadership Panelist
Laura Choi is a Washington native and Northwestern University graduate who is currently employed by Salesforce as a customer success senior manager to ensure enterprise retail customers are happily humming on the core platform. While her career has largely been in technology and consulting, she did manage to survive a brief stint in corporate fashion after undergrad in Chicago, starting with internships in New York for Escada and Louis Vuitton. Her enthusiasm for fashion has also parlayed into a role managing client relations for Danielle Saudino Rare Gems & Bespoke Jewelry, where she specializes in rare fancy colored diamonds. Prior to COVID she was also CEO of Fashion for Conservation and a United Nations Ambassador, which took her to beloved fashion meccas around the world presenting sustainability-minded runway campaigns like elephant conservation on the global fashion stage, and amplifying the craftsmanship of Peruvian artists in the Yine tribe.

Lauren Parris Watts

Lauren utilizes her creativity and out-of-the box problem-solving ability to help her clients create inclusive workplace cultures, manage the challenges and opportunities of a complex workforce, and avoid litigation risk. Employers look to Lauren for advice related to the full spectrum of diversity and inclusion matters and rely on her to perform investigations, cultural assessments and risk-reduction audits, and to assist with other crisis situations. Lauren regularly works with employers to navigate complex personnel issues and when necessary, defends her clients in litigation in matters related to discrimination and harassment. Additionally, Lauren is a proud member of The Rainier Club, where she helped establish the Club’s first ever Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in 2020, and where she now serves as the Club’s first Black female President.

Meagan O'Nan

Meagan O’Nan is an award-winning inspirational speaker and author who believes in the power of stories to overcome differences and generate healing. Her third book, "Held And Free: Coming Out of Your Story,” has garnered three prestigious awards and a Kirkus Review, and Meagan has been recognized for her work by herhero, Desmond Tutu. For the last decade, she has been a significant voice for the LGBTQ community in Mississippi, and she imagines a world where we can still have meaningful relationships in spite of our disagreements.

Monica Hart

Monica Hart is a TV, magazine and social media lifestyle expert, content creator and media personality. She specializes in home and garden design and cooking and entertaining. She writes a monthly lifestyle column for 425 Magazine, called Invite, and has contributed to such TV broadcast stations and publications as KING 5 Seattle, Hallmark Channel, The Bellevue Collection and Better Homes and Gardens. She is former Seattle TV news anchor/reporter/award-winning sports reporter and Miss Washington, competing in the Miss America Program. She is a Western Washington Native, a University of Washington Communications graduate and danced on the UW dance-cheer team.

Monique Valenzuela

Monique Valenzuela is the Executive Director of Ventures. A public speaker and recognized community leader, she leads the organization through a combined lens of years of executive and non-profit leadership coupled with the lived experiences many of Ventures clients face. Her goal is to identify and overcome barriers that traditionally Ventures traditionally underserved clients face preventing them from upward mobility while sharing the success sequence that she used to take her from the basement to the board room. Prior to her role at Ventures, Monique challenged the obstacles to being a female small business owner when she co-founded her award-winning Tacoma restaurant. A mother of six, Monique balanced career, family and community involvement.She is advocating for pathways and opportunities needed in communities that don’t have the privileges of access to business coaching and capital readiness

Sabirah Rayford

Sabirah Rayford co-anchors FOX 13 News in Seattle weeknights at 6, 9, 10 & 11 p.m. Sabirah, an EMMY-nominated and award winning journalist and public speaker comes to the Emerald City from the NBC affiliate in Houston, where she was an anchor and reporter covering a variety of topics, from crime and government malfeasance to features and in-depth interviews with prolific changemakers in America’s fourth-largest city. Before her time in Houston, Sabirah worked in Florida and Kentucky as an anchor, reporter, and MMJ. While in West Palm Beach, Fla., Rayford spearheaded the NBC affiliate’s racial justice coverage following the unrest in 2020. Her story on the Black Lives Matter movement kicked off a statewide TV special on race relations. Sabirah is committed to inspiring the next generation of leaders. She has served as a big sister through the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. In her spare time, Sabirah loves reading, and writing poetry, traveling and spending time with family.

Sonia Vora

In her role as the Chief HR Officer of the Gates Foundation, Sonia Vora is responsible for developing and delivering talent-focused solutions that support a high integrity culture and global impact. Throughout her career, Sonia has played an instrumental role in building global functions and organizations to optimize for customer experience, employee engagement, and scalable growth. She developed her career in investment banking and strategy consulting, before joining Northern Trust in Human Resources. As the SVP, Global Talent Development, Sonia launched the global operations center in Bangalore along with associated programs like mentoring, onboarding, and functional training for 6,000 employees. Sonia’s focus has been to support growth, transformation, and high integrity cultures that delivers on the expectations of its customers and responds nimbly to the needs of its workforce.
