Željka Klemenčić
Writer
Željka studied comparative literature and Russian studies. As the editor of Playboy, she had a great desire to switch to the gastronomy genre. She was very dissatisfied with the large amount of theorizing about food and the fact that she spends her whole day in the newsroom. Because of her work, she often carried lunch bags and buckets and ate raw food, which prompted her to start educating herself about cooking and healthy eating.
She started cooking as a hobby, and today gastronomy is her way of life. Cooking is not only a business part of her life, but also a private one, because she cooks for pleasure, for company and family, which she really enjoys. The most important thing for her is company while she eats, because feeding is happiness for her only when it is a social act.
