Juan Pisente
Juan Pisente Widjaja is the managing partner of Gideon Consulting Group, a firm focused on lowering risk to do business by providing reliable insights and data to companies in Indonesia.
Starting his career at a cafe when he was 13 years old, Juan started entrepreneurship from a young age and therefore lacked many experience against more seasoned competitors.
The gamechanger is when he started his company in the automotive sector. All decisions are based on data. Therefore, the company was able to grow, compete and even work with international brands. He wished to share these gifts with the rest of Indonesia, where literacy rates are still relatively low and data literacy is even lower.
