We will delve deeper into your message, uncovering the meaning it holds and the interconnected elements of shared human experiences that often go unnoticed. Through the prism of personal narratives, lessons and unveiling depths of change within Industries. Join us, as we uncover what is written between the lines of your Open Letter.

A writer, storyteller, and community and content creator, Eboni Morgan passionately creates content that celebrates and inspires Black women to lead an unapologetic life filled with a deep sense of self-love and connection. Through amplifying the often quieted voices of Black women and sharing her unique wellness journey, Morgan strives to intentionally evoke healing, sisterhood, community, and love. Eboni’s debut book, A Year of Black Girl Magic draws on practices and reflections to help readers recognize their power and cherish their strength and beauty. She continues to expand her brand, connecting and reminding Black women around the world to revel in their innate magic together- online and offline.

Ivy Chen

Ivy has dedicated the past decade to building startups and investing in the restaurant and retail sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently pursuing an MBA. As the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at CMEOW, Canada's pioneering Asian food delivery app, Ivy has led the company to generate over $100 million in revenue. As a second-generation immigrant, Ivy's inspiration for CMEOW stemmed from a heartfelt desire to bridge cultural gaps within the community, promote the exploration of Asian cuisine and create a sense of belonging for immigrants through the universal language of food. In early 2020, CMEOW transitioned from food delivery to last-mile delivery, helping local businesses ship products using enterprise-grade technology and services across 24 Canadian cities. Ivy's achievements include the Ted Rogers School of Management Alumni "Top 10 from the Last 10" Award, Telus #StandWithOwners Award, and Top 5 Finalist for the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2022

Michael Kim

Michael Kim is the founder of MICHAELEEKIM coaching, a Personal Finance Coach, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), and Digital Nomad. His mission is to help working young professionals from low to middle class families have control over their money and their lives. Using his expertise with money mindset and money management strategies, he helps young professionals gain the confidence and the skills to make, save, and invest their own money, to achieve their financial goals and design their ideal lives.

Ngozi Iroanyah

Director Health Equity and Access at Alzheimer Society of Ontario
Ngozi Iroanyah is the lead on health equity initiatives for the 26 local societies across Ontario to support increased access to dementia care services for underrepresented and underserved communities. She is also a PhD student at York University in the Faculty of Health where her research is on the experiences of dementia within the Black community. She is keenly interested in themes of intersectionality, health equity, and political economy and their impact on the lived experiences of people living with dementia and their care partners. She has worked for healthcare systems and conducted health research both here in Canada and around the world. She is a writer, public speaker, and tireless advocate for dementia awareness and stigma reduction. Her most important role, however, is as a caregiver to her father Felix Iroanyah, who lives with end stage dementia. He is her inspiration for her work and drives her to support other families on their journey.

Olivia Karp

Researcher & Policy Analyst
Olivia has six years of experience in the migrant and refugee field holding positions like Settlement and Youth Intern at FCJ Refugee Center, Youth Program Support at CultureLink Settlement and Community Services, Mentor at WoodGreen Community Services to a newcomer to Canada, and Rise Mentor at Apathy is Boring. She was the Climate Mobility contact point for the Migrant Youth and Children Platform (MYCP) for their climate mobility team through the UN Major Group for Children and Youth network. Olivia was also a Contact Point for the YOUNGO (Official UNFCCC Youth Constituency) Youth Migrant and Climate Change working group. She has gotten to talk at forums like the Global Forum for Migration and Development (GFMD) where she has spoken about the importance of youth involvement in climate mobility. Olivia is now focusing on the intersectionality between climate change, migration and human trafficking.

Tychon Carter-Newman

Tychon is a Canadian Reality TV star he is the First Black Winner of Big Brother Canada and was a contestant on The Amazing Race Canada. Though an Urban Planner by trade, Tychon was able to leverage his stardom into a career as a social media influencer, motivational speaker, actor and community builder. His messaging as a public figure is about mental wellness, personal growth and a healthy lifestyle as he documents his own challenges while leading by example.

Usman Saif

Recording Artist and Business Student
Hailing from Queens, NY, Saif is a recording artist and Business student at Toronto Metropolitan University. With influences ranging from classic Pakistani records to iconic figures like Nas and Lupe Fiasco, Saif has crafted a distinct sound that blends rap with R&B - gaining over 100,000 streams on his debut album, performing at major music festivals, and featuring on Microsoft Canada.
