In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Additionally, she is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at ESADE Business School. Her passion lies in fostering innovation to improve people's lives and translating fundamental scientific discoveries into practical applications.

Eleni Kitra

Eleni Kitra is a distinguished global leader renowned for her passion on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Her experience spans from business management to digital transformation, from communication to marketing. She has held notable positions including Regional Head of Automotive and Mobility at Facebook, Managing Director at OMD Digital of Omnicom Media Group, and Commercial Director at Multichoice. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Asia’s Women Power Leaders and named a CIOTimes Influential Woman to Watch in 2023, Eleni continues to advocate for innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability in business and beyond.

Madeleine Mony

Dr. Madeleine Mony earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in 2007, focusing on optical phase arrays. She transitioned to a leadership role in Canada's security and intelligence sector post-Ph.D., leading a team of computer scientists and engineers. Throughout her career, she has been an advocate for women in STEM and continues to promote gender diversity within the intelligence community.

Mahal De La Durantaye

A Canadian now based in Europe, Mahal is a researcher, community activator, and sports advocate passionate about cognitive & mental health. With a background in neuroscience and global health, they've explored the nuances of diversity, sociolinguistics, and sports performance. From basketball courts to research labs, Mahal has dedicated themselves to understanding the transformative power of sport. Now, exploring the intricacies of confidence, they believe in its potential to shape lives beyond the realms of sports. Join Mahal on a journey where passions collide, and confidence takes center stage.

Marta Creus Gonzalez

Marta's journey began with studying Nautical Engineering, sparking her interest in ocean navigation. She then expanded into Systems Engineering and Naval Technologies, exploring ways to enhance maritime efficiency and safety. Now pursuing a Master's in Naval Engineering, she works at Triton Submarines, pushing submarine technology forward.

Monica Monfort

Mónica Monfort, originally from Castellón, pursued pharmacy studies in Barcelona. Starting in a pharmacy on weekends, she rose to become a training manager at Fedefarma after working as a laboratory trainer. Alongside completing an EMBA at ESADE in 2023, she merged the training department with a consultant team. Despite a brief stint in cosmetics, she returned to Fedefarma as Director of Innovation in Pharmacies, emphasizing empowering projects and energetic leadership. Outside work, she juggles family and friends with her passion for amateur triathlons.

Natalie Robyn

Natalie directed FIA's operations and finances, spearheading strategic reforms. With over 15 years in automotive and financial sectors, she excels in diversification and growth, refining executive leadership. Natalie's career spans Nissan, Daimler Chrysler, and Volvo Cars, backed by a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
