Alessio Marzilli is an Italian director, writer, and content creator. He graduated in Directing from UCA (UK) and is known for his work on the television program "Propaganda Live" on La7, where he produces political satire videos, including the famous "political silences" and "impossible interviews." In 2020, he directed his first feature documentary, "Le mani nel Sacco," focused on the pollution in the Sacco River Valley (Frosinone). In 2023, he published his first book, "Cercasi Piddì Disperatamente," with Cairo Editore.
Camilla Mondini
Entrepreneur, Founder of the start up “DiCiAlice” - A platform for eating disorders
Camilla Mondini, a graduate in Clinical Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome, created a platform designed to identify situations of distress, both actual and potential, and connect those in need, as well as those who report eating disorder issues, with a dedicated professional. Her startup, ‘DiCiAlice,’ represents a significant innovation in the field of care and support for individuals suffering from eating disorders. It aims to surpass outdated diagnostic methods while also working to remove the social stigma associated with these disorders. During her own recovery journey from eating disorders, she experienced firsthand the lack of support and the sense of abandonment faced by patients with eating disorders.
In 2023, she was included in Forbes' “100 Under 30” list of young people changing the world.
Federica Benassi
Counselor and entrepreneur
Federica Benassi is a counselor and entrepreneur specialized in communication and relationships within the family. She has been managing a daycare in Bologna for over 28 years and was the first to open summer camps for children in Romagna. Her courses and seminars in Italian schools are a key resource for many parents and teachers. Highly active on social media, she uses videos to raise awareness about family issues. She is also a commentator on television channels and writes for national publications, addressing communication problems between parents and children. She is the author of two books: “Genitori e adolescenti. Manuale del pronto soccorso” and *“Abbasso i compiti”* published by Ed. Paoline.
Hyde Magician
Magician
Hyde, 28 years old, is a magician, inventor and web entrepreneur.
Born and raised in Ferrara, he has shown since childhood an innate propensity for the invention and construction of objects. He uses his creativity to invent puzzles and new magic effects with the Rubik's cube, a specialty that has made him famous on the web.
He has worked on numerous entrepreneurial projects, such as Hydestore and Playbrain, original inventions and productions such as HydeCube and Cubomagia, puzzles and many other effects that he takes around Italy and that he has had the opportunity to show several times on TV.
Lara Ventisette
Psychotherapist, trainer and writer.
Lara Ventisette graduated in Psychology from the University of Bologna in 2000. After gaining experience in Human Resources in Milan, she returned to Bologna in 2002 to focus on Developmental Psychology in schools and educational centers. In 2005, she opened a Baby Parking service and began providing psychological support to parents. In 2008, she discovered brief strategic psychotherapy and specialized in this field at the Center for Brief Strategic Therapy led by Giorgio Nardone, completing her specialization in 2013. Since then, she has worked in Bologna as a psychotherapist and researcher, describing her work as an "existential mission." She is the co-author of two essays and has developed the coaching method PsicoStyling®.
Marco Falciano
Eco-lawyer and environmental activist
Born in 1989, from Ferrara, Marco Falciano is a writer, environmentalist, and fisherman. As an activist, he has both created and directly participated in several reports that have aired on national and international TV. As a representative of an environmental protection association, he has contributed to the drafting of various legislative texts, from regional to parliamentary levels. At night, he joins “I pirati del Po” (the Po Pirates), the group of volunteer rangers he has coordinated for several years, to combat poaching by the Fish Mafia.
Paola Michelini
Actress and writer
Paola Michelini is an actress and writer. She graduated from the Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Rome in 2003. During her time there, she won a scholarship and went on to study at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York. Since then, she has primarily focused on theater, performing both in Italy and abroad.
In 2017, she became a founder, writer, and performer for the U.G.O. collective, which marked the beginning of her writing career, leading her to author her own shows. Since 2020, she has collaborated with InGenere for the Internazionale Festival in Ferrara and has presented her monologues at the Terraviva Film Festival in Bologna.
Stefano Mazzotti
Director of the Natural History Museum of Ferrara
He graduated in Natural Sciences from the University of Parma and is the director of the Natural History Museum of Ferrara, where he also works as a researcher and curator of the vertebrate zoology section. He collaborates with universities and the Italian National Research Council (CNR) on research in taxonomy, distribution, and ecology of zoological communities and populations. He studies the effects of climate change on biocenoses and has conducted scientific expeditions to the Amazon. He supervises internships and theses at Modena, Parma, and Bologna, and teaches at the University of Ferrara, where he is also an Adjunct Professor. He organizes conferences, designs museum exhibits, and has authored over 200 publications. His books include “Lost Explorers” (2023) and “Wonderful Creatures” (2024).
