Theme: Pillars

TEDxYouth is a category of TEDx events that showcase the display of new ideas among our world's youth. Adapting to this mission, TEDxCarnageMagnetMS is intent on promoting the unique and amazing views of students from all Wake County Middle Schools alike. To promote the youth aspect, our event is solely organized by a team of 17 students from Carnage Magnet Middle School and we plan to present a handful of student speakers in addition to our keynotes. Founded in 1965, CMMS has been an influential part of the Wake County Public School System.

Aarna Ranjan

Student

She is a student who loves to be active. She does ice skating, dancing and plays tennis! She loves being around family and friends.

Abhigna Saddi

Student

Abhigna Saddi is an individual with a flair for creativity and a captivating presence on stage. This is Abhigna's very first year in TEDx and is participating as a Speaker. She is a dynamic speaker and visionary thinker who brings a unique perspective to the TEDx Stage. With a background in Public Speaking and a passion for Innovation, she delves into the intersection of society and creativity, captivating the audience with her insightful observation and forward-thinking ideas.

Akshara Reddivari

Akshara Reddivari is an student with a passion for public speaking and networking. She joined TEDx for an opportunity to share her ideas with the world and make work with like-minded peers. In her free time, Akshara likes to listen to music and get some fresh air. This year, she is a speaker for TEDxCarnageMagnetMS and is excited to marked the beginning of her journey to inspire and engage the audience through the platform of TEDx.

Anhitha Kakumani

Anhitha Kakumani, a 6th grader, loves reading, playing the piano, and sports in her free time. She also enjoys traveling, with cruises being a favorite. Additionally, she's deeply involved in Kuchipudi dance and shows. Anhitha is passionate about public speaking, particularly through platforms like TEDx, where she's excited to showcase her skills. This year, she takes on the role of a speaker.

Dhriti Dudapati

Student

Dhriti Dudapati is a student at Carnage Magnet Middle. In her free time she teaches younger grades about public speaking and confidence through Verbal Express. She participates in multiple volunteering sessions and opportunities. She has been doing Bharatanatyam for more than 7 years, honing her patience and perseverance along the way. She thrives to make a global impact on the world with her passion to pursue psychiatry.

Keshav Arun

Student

Keshav Arun has a passion for business. He is very interested in joining and participating is business competitions and much more. He loves to do track and play soccer and is very interested in volunteering and being a part of the community. He enjoys going for runs in his free time and loves to volunteer at local events.

Sanvi Asaigoli

Student

Sanvi Asaigoli is a student with a passion for innovation and technology. This is Sanvi's third year with TEDx having been a speaker, organizer, vice president, and president. This year she is the President of the branch and is excited to organize and showcase the display of new ideas among our world's youth.

Shruthi Kumaravel

Student

Shruthi Kumaravel, a seventh-grader at Carnage Magnet Middle School, is a multi-talented individual with a passion for badminton, the outdoors, drawing, problem-solving and much more. Her drive to excel in everything she does, coupled with her early knack for public speaking. This is her first year in TEDx and she is more than exhilarated to be a part of this amazing opportunity. Her constantly growing passion helps her drive to become a successful student.

Siddharth Ganganalli

Siddharth Ganganalli is an 8th grader at Carnage Magnet Middle School. He is involved in STEM related activities such as science Olympiad, Environmental club etc. He is passionate about public speaking and will be attending FBLA Nationals this summer. Siddharth is also an active member of speech and debate. He enjoys playing flute in symphonic band and is on his way to black belt in karate.

Suvan Kunda

Suvan Kunda is a talented musician, securing titles at county and district level bands. This is his first year at TEDx, and has had a passion for presentation since a young age. He consistently pushes himself to set himself up for success.

Vera Malhotra

Vera Malhotra is a current eighth grader at Carnage Magnet Middle School. She is passionate about arts, and enjoys spending her free time sketching. Always ready to dive into a novel, Vera strives to inspire others as a speaker, sharing her learning experiences.
