Seno Namwandi is currently on a young talent programme with Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) in Johannesburg, SA.
This opportunity was a result of her time as an MBA student at UCT. She obtained her MBA in Corporate Finance in 2022. She is doing her 2nd rotation in the Trade and Working Capital team in the transactional banking space. Her career started in science, where she worked as a Lab Technologist at University of Namibia (UNAM) because of her Bachelor’s is in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology that she obtained from Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
After she pursued a Master’s degree in IP from Africa University, Zimbabwe, she was employed full time at the International University of Management (IUM) where she served as the Director of Innovation and IP.
She was also appointed as the youngest director on the board of the Business Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) in Namibia. She was selected Mandela Washington Fellow in the Public Management track.
Zodidi Gaseb

Zodidi Gaseb is a passionate polymath with diverse interests in the creative sector, entrepreneurship, wellness, and innovation. She is the director of African Naturals Training Enterprises, a natural cosmetic manufacturing company in Windhoek, Namibia, and has over 15 years of experience in various disciplines.
As an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) alumna, she represented Namibia in the United States, engaging with leaders and cultivating lasting relationships.
She is also a Global Media Forum Fellow, hosted by Deutsche Welle, where she discussed identity, culture, and diversity. In 2014, Zodidi co-founded the Namibia Natural Hair and Beauty Expo and in 2018, the Afrofuture Festival, initiatives focused on visualizing Africa's future. She has shared her holistic business approach at Future Females Swakopmund events and engaged with changemakers as a Brightest Young Minds alumna in 2017.
