"Sense and Sensibility" （《理智与情感》）是英国作家简·奥斯汀的第一部完成并出版的小说，于1811年面世。这部作品通过对两位姐妹埃莉诺（Elinor）和玛丽安（Marianne）性格和爱情经历的描绘，探讨了“理智”与“情感”之间的冲突与平衡，展现了人性的复杂性和社会习俗的影响。

When I came back I didn't do a lot of practice but still maintained the ability to speak fluent English, instead, I watched a lot of TV series and listened to songs and I don't have the stress of English learning anymore.
