Chiang, Chun-Yi, the founder and director of JIH CHAN FOODS CORPORATION, is also the third-generation successor of the CHIANG’s Rice Pudding, is also a new media artist, bio-artist, systems integration engineer, and an enthusiast of equestrian sports.
While studying for a master's degree in arts, Chiang Chun-Yi accidentally developed canned rice pudding in the bio-art laboratory, which inspired his passion and devotion to food. After graduating, he returned to his hometown, Pingtung, and began to prepare a series of plans with his mother to establish a company, brand integration, and renovation of the original store, and re-examine the future sustainable development as a local street food.

Wu Jia-Sheng, a ceramic restoration artist, breathes new life into damaged ceramics with her skilled hands. Beyond restoration, she imparts new meaning to these objects, continuing the stories embedded in them.
Wu Jia-Sheng believes that for people, some objects carry memories and meanings, and even if they are damaged, they are reluctant to throw them away. Her restoration brought the subject back to life and continued to accompany people. In addition, waste and environmental burden are reduced. She hopes that through her work, more people will know about the skills of ceramic restoration, and are willing to send broken objects for restoration.

Xiao Hsien, known for her lively and friendly personality, has been active in the entertainment industry for many years, accumulating a wealth of hosting experience and performing prowess. Zhi-Hong Fang
Designer
Fang, Zhi-Hong, born in Donggang, Pingtung, is an independent freelance designer. His works span graphic design, illustration, book layout, coordination of dynamic visuals, and curation of visuals. He has been honored with the Golden Pin Design Award. After years of studying and working in Taipei, FaDng returned to his hometown, Pingtung, where he now works and lives with the magnific view of the mountains and the sea.
On the stage of TEDxNPTU, Fang, Zhi-Hong wishes to use design to introduce Pingtung to a broader audiences while sharing different perspectives on working and living in the southern part of Taiwan.
