At the age of 15, Bisman invented a low cost building material called 'Greenwood', made up of rice waste which aims at providing affordable housing to the underprivileged. In 2017, she made it to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for social entrepreneurship. She was a highlighted speaker at the Nexus Global Youth Summit in New York, the Women Economic Forum, panelist alongside Warren Buffet at the Global CEO Summit as well as keynote speaker at the launch of UNICEF's Flagship publication, 'State of the World’s Children’. Currently working as a consultant in London, Bisman is not only passionate about sustainability and innovation but is also an ardent supporter of women rights and women in entrepreneurship.

She acknowledges the benefits of having a family that understands the music business and has been supportive of her artistic pursuits.
