In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Adityavardhan Pathak

Mr. Adityavardhan Pathak’s journey started at Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania High School in Thane. Post-graduating from R. A. Podar College and serving in the Indian Army for six years, he retired as a Captain. Transitioning from military life, he embraced farming at Aditya Agro Farm in Shahapur, cultivating mango, cashew, chickoo, and amla. He is fondly referred to as Captain 'Aam'erica. A Soldier-turned-Farmer, Pathak is trying to make a Ground-level difference in farming and agrotourism, and his diverse experiences inspired his commitment to contribute solutions to issues like farmers' suicides and food security, drawing on insights from agriculture, governance, and healthcare.

Ankur Chaturvedi

Ankur Chaturvedi, currently holding the positions of Industry Institute Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers and Associate Director at Montage Chemicals, is a distinguished Organic Process Technologist and Quality Assurance Expert with a Black Belt in Six Sigma. With an impressive career spanning 7 years, Chaturvedi has excelled in process development, process scale-up, and R&D across dyes, API's, and specialty chemicals. His expertise extends to operations planning, management, QMS, QC analysis, and Regulatory Affairs in a cGMP environment. Chaturvedi is also adept at lean manufacturing and JIT inventory management. Notably, his unique journey as a "Scientist by chance, engineer by choice" is marked by a background in chemical engineering, completion of master's and doctoral studies in chemical process technology, and 13 years of professional experience. Beyond his professional achievements, Ankur Chaturvedi adds a creative flair to his life as a stand-up comic and painter. Ankush Deshmukh

Ankush Deshmukh, selected as the emergency medical doctor for the Antarctic expedition, stood out among 500 applicants. Armed with an MBBS degree and postgraduate qualifications, Ankush's expertise extends beyond traditional medical practice. His role as the expedition's emergency medical doctor is crucial in the harsh Antarctic conditions. Delshad Master

Sqn. Ldr. Delshad Master, a true ”Queer Sensitisation Catalyst” believes not all of us are not the same, but we are all equal. She believes in equity and inclusion for all sections of society, including the Queer community. Since Master has worked closely with her Queer compatriots, read about them and written about them, she now seeks to alter the prevailing mindset and foster inclusivity. Delshad Master works with corporations to make them truly diverse and inclusive workplaces with equality at their core. This results in better work culture (higher morale, work satisfaction, lower attrition) and an improved bottom line. She is also the Upcoming Author of 'Help! My Kid's Queer.’
