Since 2002, Alvaro has been a public servant for the State of São Paulo, specializing in innovation and project management.
He is the co-author of PIM-Go - Product Integration Model, which compiles best practices for agile and hybrid projects. Additionally, Alvaro is a professor of project management in postgraduate programs and has extensive experience in leadership roles and entrepreneurship. His international experience includes founding a startup and working for a multinational company while living in the USA, Canada, and New Zealand.

Currently serving as the President of Women in Nuclear Brazil (WiN Brasil), she represents Brazil on the Executive Committee of the global organization Women in Nuclear Global.
