In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Chenny Wongkar is active in central issues related to environmental governance and climate justice. Chenny earned a law degree with cum laude predicate from Gadjah Mada University and is a member of the Sakharov Fellows under the coordination of the European Parliament. At ICEL, Chenny is active in the movement for the realization of climate justice in Indonesia, as well as conducting research and legal assistance on the preparation of a number of regulations in the field of environment and climate change. In addition, Chenny is also active as a speaker and writer in a number of forums and publications both on an international and national scale.

Taufiq Maulidin is a diorama artist who has been working since 2014. Taufiq himself learned the craft of diorama autodidactically since childhood. Little Taufiq had dyslexia so his parents changed his learning patterns. He was finally given paints, brushes, and various things related to art to help him learn visually. From there Taufiq started making handicrafts. From the diorama, Taufiq's name is now worldwide. In 2017, Taufiq succeeded in making a name for himself in the Singapore Book of Records as the artist who made the largest sculpture from color markers at the Singapore Art Festival.
