政大新聞系畢業， 在台北擔任雜誌記者、編輯， 並加入A-cappella無伴奏人聲樂團。 回到最愛的故鄉台南後， 目前致力於音樂、藝文相關工作。

南方講堂創辦人

南方講堂創辦人，並擔任社區大學講師及全國國文科教師學習領域常聘講師，開設〈紅樓夢〉、〈藝術的故事〉、〈文學與生命的對話〉等課程。在文學、藝術及國文教學領域學有專精，在台南市各項文化活動中擔任主持人及推廣者，富有在地方文化參與熱誠及影響力。 曾擔任孔孟學會嘉南推廣中心秘書，舉辦國際儒學交流，並推廣儒學講座至南部地區各及學校，著有《台南的樣子》、《台南過生活》、《南方六帖》、《南方誌》等書。
