Farhad Parvizi

Farhad Parvizi is a co-founder of iBloom consulting company. Prior to establishing iBloom, he spent 24 years in both private and government enterprises and has diverse experience in economics, finance, supply chain, and organizational behaviour. He holds a Master's degree from Arizona State University, an MBA in Operations Management, a Bachelor's in Management, and another Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. Farhad is also a Micromasters credential holder in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He is the author of the first popular book on economics in Azerbaijan - “Economic Self-Defence Lessons”.

Nigar Arpadarai

Member of Parliament of Azerbaijan

Nigar holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law & International Relations from Baku State University. Nigar actively engages in the protection of women’s and children’s rights. Her experience and knowledge have provided her with a deep understanding of issues around wellbeing of communities and contributed to Nigar’s active role as a member of 2 Committees of the Parliament – Committee on Foreign and Inter-Parliamentary Relations and Committee on Family, Women and Children. She is a PACE rapporteur on Integration of Refugees and Migrants through sport.

Nihat Abdullayev

A researcher at the Data Analytics Research Laboratory of ADA University.

Nihat Abdullayev is an Advanced Data Analyst of Azerconnect and a student ambassador of Huawei. In addition to winning local and international prestigious technology competitions such as "Seeds For The Future", "ABCC", "Battle Of Minds", he is co-author of scientific articles "Quantum Machine Learning", "Breast Cancer Detection", "Spectral Type Analysis of Stars". He is the co-founder and CTO of Tenter startup. His research studies about various aspects such as applied AI in medicine, smart glasses, and stars made him represent Azerbaijan in international areas and reputable scientific conferences such as IEEE, International Astronautical Congress. And recently, his applied AI in an engineering project made his team ''Top 5 World Champions'' which is for the first time in Azerbaijan history!

Orkhan Guliyev

Winner of the country-wide competition Yuksalish,

Orkhan Guliyev is 34 years old. In 2008 he won the SOCAR Scholarship program and started education in Berlin Technical University, Bachelor and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering. He gained experience in several industries in Germany as an engineer. He came back to Baku 2015 and continued his career in digital and IT in SOCAR. He took the first place Winner of Yuksalish among 11760 candidates. -

Wave's journey as a mentor began 23 years ago with Big Brothers Big Sisters, an organisation where she has consistently demonstrated her belief in the life-changing potential of one-to-one mentoring relationships. However, her passion for mentorship extends beyond her work with Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is an advocate for the importance of mentorship in shaping individuals and communities, and she has been instrumental in developing mentorship programs that have positively impacted countless lives.
