In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

She has worked as an Estonian language teacher in a school with Russian as the language of instruction, she started the Estonian language immersion program, was a department head in the Ministry of Education and Research for 10 years and managed the Integration Foundation for five years. Now Irene is back on the subject dearest to her heart - school. Irene Käosaar is leading the Estonian High School in Narva for the second year.

Jonatan Vseviov

Liisa Ševtšuk

Student of economics and art history at the University of Tartu and from the fall of 2021, a member of Solaride's HR team, and from September 2022 I am Solaride's HR manager. Solaride is an educational program in which young people acquire practical skills in engineering, marketing, finance, fundraising and human resources, and during this work a solar car is prepared to compete in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australia. In 2023, the Solaride team came 3rd in its class.
