Theme: Our Changing World

The 2024 TEDx ISA Guangzhou Youth is an officially authorised event held by the ISA International Academy. The event inherits TED's mission of ‘Ideas change everything’ and aims to provide a platform for ISA students to exchange ideas that they believe are worth sharing, to communicate diverse perspectives, and to be inspired to think seriously about their community and environment.

Michael Jones

Academic Centre Executive Manager for Professional Standards and Services for ISA International Education Group

He also serves as Chair of the Education Working Group for the British Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong. Michael is a Doctor of Education, having completed research with the University of Liverpool. He is a seasoned speaker at international conferences, on the radio, and is a regular contributor to News China, the English language edition of China Newsweek. Michael has conducted research for Jiangsu University and the Hurun Report (Education) amongst others. Michael founded a digital non-profit education platform serving over 10,000 underprivileged students worldwide.
