As a coach, he has worked with over 500 people, empowering them in areas such as business development, personal growth, leadership, and self-confidence. Coming from an entrepreneur family, Konate was exposed to B2C sales and marketing from an early age. Through continuous engagement with customers and suppliers, he has developed exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, trust-building, sales strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM). In 2017, Konate's exceptional qualities and potential were recognized when he was selected as a Young African Leader among thousands of applicants. This prestigious distinction highlighted his dedication to making a positive impact within his community and demonstrated his capacity for leadership. In 2019, Konate's influence expanded as he was chosen to serve as a panelist at the esteemed World Youth Forum held in Egypt.
