Theme: Ia inițiativa

This year's edition aims to bring forward the ordinary heroes who live among us: those ambitious people who took the initiative. Inspiration comes when we are surrounded by individuals who challenge, who dare, who do. Oftentimes, our lives are changed by something believable, relatable, which gives us courage to carry on, or to take the initiative. Oftentimes, the extraordinary things around us blend in. This edition celebrates the ordinary which has become extraordinary.
