Anais Picciano
As a freshman and a first year TEDxOakKnollSchool member, Anais will be presenting her first talk. She was drawn to TEDxOakKnollSchool because she was interested in an opportunity to share her thoughts with others, and she is an engaged and enthusiastic member of the club. Anias’s fascination with human perception and learning led her to choose this topic. In addition to TEDx, Anais is involved in many aspects of student life at Oak Knoll. She is a member of the Ensemble, JV tennis team and OKS Dancers. Anais is also a Varsity Fencer.
Carson Didden
Carson is a senior and an active member of the Oak Knoll School (OKS) community. She is a first year presenter at TEDxOakKnollSchool, and she joined this club to further develop her interest in public speaking. Caron is engaged in many aspects of school life outside of TEDx. She is a senior class vice president, captain of the lacrosse team and a member of the Conduct Review Committee. She is also a student representative on the school’s Sustainability Committee, and her work in that field inspired her talk.
Claire Lezynski
Claire is a senior and a second year member of TEDxOakKnollSchool. She will be presenting her debut talk. Claire fist became involved with TEDx because she wanted to improve her public speaking skills, and she quickly became interested in giving a talk. Over the past years Claire has been experimenting with her own morning productivity, and her research and insight on the topic is the foundation of her talk. Aside from TEDx, Claire is also a co-president of Model UN and a 9th grade peer leader at Oak Knoll School.
Grace Smith
A senior and a third year TEDxOakKnollSchool member, Grace will be presenting her second talk. She became passionate about this topic due to her volunteer work with children with special needs. Grace gave her first talk, titled The Change from High School to College Athletics, as a sophomore in 2022. Aside form her participation in TEDxOakKnollSchool, Grace is also an OKS Lacrosse Captain, an 8th grade peer leader, and a president of the FBLA club. Grace joined TEDxOakKnollSchool because she wanted an opportunity to apply and improve her public speaking skills.
Lucy Duttenhofer
Lucy is a second year member of TEDxOakKnollSchool, and her lively, fun-loving participation contributes greatly to the club. Lucy is not a stranger to Type 2 fun, and she is eager to share her experience and insight as she presents her debut talk. In addition to TEDx Lucy is also is involved in many aspects of student life at Oak Knoll. In her spare time she can be found plying paddle, reading and, of course, doing something tiring and exhausting for fun.
