Audrey Decker was born and raised in Paris with a passion for art and museums. She earned a Master of Science at SKEMA business school and pursued a career in Fortune 500 Cosmetics companies while continuing in art history at Ecole du Louvre and Atelier des Beaux Arts. Her work led to world travels, meeting diverse cultures and launching product brands. Audrey and her husband Thibault settled in the United States and became French-American citizens. They founded the 501(c)(3) non-profit Street Art for Mankind, SAM, turning mural art into action for Social Change. Programs to rescue children from child labor and trafficking are SAM’s key mission. SAM’s mission also includes 100+ international street artists to raise awareness on environmental issues through large murals worldwide. Partnerships with UN agencies and cities led to recognitions including USA Certificate of Congressional & Department of State Recognition, proclamations from Miami, Harris County TX, Houston and Washington DC.

Eric Harrison is a mentor, author, filmmaker, and servant leader dedicated to empowering others. With over three decades of experience guiding young individuals, Eric believes in the power of positive affirmation and supportive environments to unlock potential. His college basketball career and his degree in Finance instilled in him the values of teamwork, discipline, education, and thrift. Eric utilized his understanding of teamwork and discipline to delve into the mind of each artist and craft a compelling story through film. Through his book "Lifetwists", his film "Love and Legacy", and his organization Express Your Perspective, Eric has honed his creative insight. Through his insight he captures in film each artist’s philosophy, influence, and understanding of the world. His mother's inspirational example of love and support fueled Eric to inspire others. Eric created the Big Art Bigger Change virtual tour that inspires others to view and enjoy the creativity of the street artists.
Harris County Commissioner Precinct One
Harris County Commissioner Precinct One Rodney Ellis was born and raised in Houston’s Sunnyside neighborhood. The proud son of a yardman and a maid, Ellis attended Texas public schools from K-12 through law school. He holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Southern University, master's degree from Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, and J.D. degree from University of Texas School of Law. As Commissioner from January 2017, Ellis played a critical role by securing misdemeanor bail reform, flood equity guidelines, stronger worker protections, economic opportunity provisions, and funding for indigent defense. COVID-19 recovery funding included direct relief for residents, small business assistance, emergency rental assistance, homeless shelters, and IT hardware to low-income students. Prior to Commissioner, Ellis was elected to Houston City Council and served 3 terms. He was elected to Texas Senate District 13 in 1990, served for 26 years, and passed over 700 pieces of legislation.
Co-Founder of Street Art for Mankind
Thibault Decker, aka Tebow, co-founder of Street Art for Mankind (SAM), was born in Ivory Coast, Africa, and raised in Asia by French parents. He is a binational French-American. His international life and travel experiences have opened his eyes and heart to cultural differences, social injustices, and environmental impacts. With a strong corporate background forged through Fortune 500 companies like Total, Ford, Avis/Budget, Touax, and Lunii, Tebow created SAM with his wife Audrey in 2015. SAM raises awareness and fights child labor & trafficking as the primary focus. With Nobel Peace Prize winner Kailash Satyarthi SAM finances the rescue of children from trafficking. SAM is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that supports the power of Art for social change. SAM’s mission includes UN Sustainable Development Goals, social justice and environmental issues. SAM and 100+ international street artists curate and produce large murals, interactive exhibitions and outdoor museums worldwide.

Trice Johnson is a globally recognized business and technology innovation executive, published author, and digital leadership coach. She has over 20 years of experience transforming industries through emerging technologies like 3D/Mixed Reality, HoloLens projects, and large-scale AI initiatives. Trice applied her creative and technical talents to develop the written conversation for each artist's body of work. She translated the vibrant street art into brilliant narratives that explain each brush stroke and every nuance of color that the artists conveyed in their creative work. A passionate advocate for underrepresented groups in STEM, Trice mentors women and youth. Trice's keen understanding of underrepresented groups allowed her to translate every artist's public canvas into a compelling, heartfelt, colorful story. Trice also invoked her ability to empower startup businesses and entrepreneurs to achieve unconventional success in promoting the Big Art Bigger Change project.
