Ana Janošev

Managing Director at Social Impact Award
In her role as the Managing Director, Ana Janošev leads the Social Impact Award, one of the world’s largest communities of early-stage social entrepreneurs under 30, active in Europe, Africa, and Asia. She is committed to building capacity among early-stage entrepreneurs and to fostering cross-sector dialogues on the topic of social entrepreneurship. Ana enjoys designing spaces that bring people together and is curious about how people connect in different settings.

Dijana Pejić

Program Director at Genesis Project
Dijana Pejić, holding an MA in Management and Social Innovation from Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as an MA in Economics, is the program director of Genesis Project, a non-profit organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina that she founded in 1997. She supervises educational, peacebuilding, and developmental projects throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Merging youth work, adolescent development, social innovation, and entrepreneurship, she empowers marginalized youth and adolescents. Utilizing experiential learning techniques, she comprehends community challenges and devises impactful solutions, with a focus on enhancing adolescents' life skills.

Felix Röper

Felix Röper is an incredibly talented dancer with Down syndrome. Felix started dancing when he was about 12 years old. Since then, he managed - despite all the odds - to impress in different countries with his skills. Not only did he dance at the inclusive dance festival in Russia, but also was the first person with Down Syndrome that took part in the opening sequence of the Vienna Opernball. Since 2018 no other than Renato Zanella is Felix' dance teacher as well as mentor. During this period Felix took part as a solo dancer in many inclusive performances like "Tanz ohne Ende", "Musica Sacra" and "Orgel Plus" directed by Renato Zanella.

Henrieta Belegišanin graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, specializing in International Business. After 15 years in the corporate world, she made a career transition and joined the Croatian NGO Blue World Institute. There, she supported the organization in fundraising and communication, gaining valuable knowledge about marine conservation.

Ivana Šeparović

Education assistant
Ivana Šeparović hails from the island of Lošinj, Croatia, where she is employed at the Blue World Institute. Armed with a bachelor's degree in social work, she is responsible for managing projects related to the sustainable development of the local community, with a particular focus on tourism. Additionally, she serves as an educator, working with groups of children and youth. At present, she is in the final stages of completing her bachelor's degree in social policy.

Liliana Rotaru

Liliana has over 20 years of experience working in the field of children's rights. In 2004, Liliana and a group of like-minded professionals founded CCF Moldova (Children, Communities, Families) – a national child rights NGO. Together with partners, they have supported over 7,000 children to remain in or return to their families and have fully closed 10 orphanages; work on 3 others is in progress. They have developed services, both educational and social, and trained thousands of professionals. Their aim is to ensure all children grow up in a loving family environment.

Lucia Anima

Lucia Anima is a young singer, pianist, violinist, and songwriter hailing from Vienna. Mirela Nemtanu

CEO of HOSPICE Casa Sperante
Mirela has been the CEO of HOSPICE Casa Sperantei since 2016, leading the largest medical NGO in Romania that provides palliative care services for patients with life-limiting conditions. The NGO has offered support to more than 45,000 patients and over 100,000 family members. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of multinationals and large private organizations, Mirela has been actively engaged in supporting CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects since 2003. She is also a member of various organizations dedicated to diverse social causes. Her contributions have earned her numerous awards and recognitions, including her inclusion in Forbes Romania's "Top 50 Most Influential Women in Romania" since 2021.

Ștefania Neagoe

Stefania joined the Ateliere Fără Frontiere team because she believes in people and their power to change (themselves). To her, social innovation is not an end but a means by which, together, we can solve social and environmental challenges and ensure fairness in the green transition. There is no need to compromise. At Ateliere Fără Frontiere, they address climate change and business concurrently, while also addressing significant social needs.

Teia Ciulacu

Founder ViitorPlus (FuturePlus) NGO
Teia Ciulacu was involved for 7 years in volunteering projects to support the personal development of youth worldwide, in AIESEC, in countries like Romania, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium. The activity around sustainable development started in 2004, in the Netherlands, while working for ABN Amro on a feasibility study for carbon neutrality and benchmarking on climate change and renewable energies. She continued in Romania, leading their national operations for sustainability. In 2006, she founded ViitorPlus (FuturePlus) association where she is developing innovative projects around afforestation, environmental education, circular economy social enterprises and much more.

Uli Grabenwarter

Uli Grabenwarter leads the investment activities in Venture Capital, Impact Investing, and Technology Transfer at the European Investment Fund (EIF), which is Europe's largest Fund-of-Funds Investment platform in these markets. Additionally, Uli holds the position of visiting professor at the IESE University of Navarra in Barcelona and is an active member of several Boards and Think Tanks in the field of impact investment.

Urška Jež

Arts and Culture Producer
Urška Jež has been a collaborator with the City of Women Association since 2006 and has served as the president of the managing board of the association since 2014. She also worked as a coordinator for Asociacija, the Association of Arts and Culture NGOs and Freelancers from 2012 to 2013. Furthermore, she held the position of Executive Producer at the International Animated Film Festival Animateka from 2007 to 2010. Throughout her career, she has partnered with various cultural NGOs in Slovenia, contributing as an organizer, producer, administrator of international projects, and coordinator of volunteers.
