Jhanvi Narang

Film Producer and CMO

Ms. Jhanvi Narang is a young, trailblazing entrepreneur with a dream to make meaningful cinema. She works in a diverse range of industries, which include film production, marketing, exhibition, as well as, F&B management. She holds an MSc. in Business with Marketing from Warwick Business School. She has carved a path for herself after working on the marketing and release of over 15 films, in various languages. Recognised by Women’s Entrepreneur India as part of their “Top 10 Women CMOs of India, 2022” list. As the Chief Marketing Officer of the Asian Group, jhanavi endorses creativity that is rooted in impact. Her unique marketing strategies have positioned AMB Cinemas as not just a theatre but an entertainment market disruptor, winning many national level accolades. Currently, she is working on multiple film productions, including a film with Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula. Along with this, she is working on multiple smaller projects that aim to provide opportunities to newcomer artists.

Lavanya Patnala

Mrs Lavanya Patnala, born and bought up in Hyderabad, has done her Masters in Commerce and has an overall experience of 26+ years. She has started her career in 1996 as secretary cum administration assistant and became the administration manager until 2006. In 2007 she moved to HSBC as a customer service executive and currently Manager Operations in HR. Ms. Lavanya has completed 2 Yellow Belt projects resulting in annualized benefit of $2043 and 1 lean project in 2009 and 2010. Received the first “Shine Award”, the award nominated and presented by business partners from UK. Received more than 235 Top Performer Awards. A fun loving person, likes to make new friends and enjoys whatever work she does whether personal or professional. Learning new things is a part of her daily routine.

Maj. Gen. Mani

Chief Mentor, HITAM

Maj General C Mani, a distinguished individual, led the ICT setup in India's northeastern states and served as the Army Commander for Eastern Command's cybersecurity and electronic warfare. Head of IT Infrastructure and Services at the College of Defence Management, he deployed a native campus-wide network and commanded a Jammu-based Electronic Warfare Unit. In 1994, he created a Decision Support System in C++ for Counter Insurgency Operations. Presently, he oversees the development of anti-drone technologies, requiring expertise in digital signal processing, spread spectrum systems, antenna design, and quality assurance. Mr. Mani bridges user needs and technology to deliver high-quality products to various customers, including Indian Defense Forces, Police, CISF, and Central Asian Republics' security forces.

Rahul Singh

Author, speaker, ESG advisor

Mr. Rahul Singh, a banker turned writer, who excels at connecting Ideas, Insights, and Individuals. As an Assistant Director of Global Marketing & Strategy at Nanyang Technological University, he also serves as Principal of the Corporate Advisory Group at IIM Udaipur and an Academic Council Member at Jaipuria Institute of Management. Rahul advises companies on their ESG journey towards Sustainable Development Goals and advocates for Conscious Capitalism & ESG in university curricula. An author of several books, including “You Know the Glory, Not the Story,” “Engineering to Ikigai,” and “An Atheist Gets the Gita,” he's an inspiring thought leader who speaks on millennial-centric topics like careers in the 21st century and cross-cultural understanding.

Sai Prasad Vishwanathan

Mr. Sai Prasad Vishwanathan is a remarkable leader, entrepreneur, change-maker, and pioneer. He believes that failures and insults won't deter you from achieving your heart's true desires. With a gold medal from CBIT, summa-cum-laude research scholar & M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from ISB, he works as a management consultant at Deloitte. An adventure enthusiast, he achieved groundbreaking feats like being the first physically-challenged Indian to skydive from 14,000 feet in 2008 and exploring the Grand Canyon in a chopper ride in 2012. In 2013, he became the first Asian with a disability to set foot on the Antarctic Continent. Mr. Sai has earned accolades like the Helen Keller Role Model Person of the Year Award 2010 and the I.S.B. Torch Bearer Leadership Award 2011. He co-founded "Sahasra," a venture that provides scholarships to meritorious and financially backward students, enabling them to pursue higher education.
