In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Raghu Karumanchi

Raghu Karumanchi is an Indian actor who appeared in Telugu films in comic and supporting roles. He acted in more than 150 films. He also appeared in several television shows, including Jabardasth. He was born and brought up in Hyderabad. His family hails from Tenali, Andhra Pradesh. His father is a retired army officer and his mother is a housewife. He completed his MBA and worked as a software engineer. He is married and has two children. He made his debut as an actor with the film Aadi starring Jr. NTR. He got a break as an actor with the film Adhurs. He also led a team called Roller Raghu in the popular TV comedy show Jabardasth on ETV. He appeared in 1500 TV episodes in 32 titles on various channels. He received an award from Prasar Bharati and UNICEF for producing the best short film on saving the girl child in 2006.

Mr. Surya Prakash Gajjalla has a distinguished career in NDT and third-party inspections, having worked with companies such as Larsen & Toubro Limited, Hindustan Petroleum, and KNPC Kuwait. He has received several national awards for his work in the field, including the National Award for the Outstanding Entrepreneur in the MSME Service sector from the Prime Minister in the year 2012, National Skill Development Award from Assocham for three consecutive years. He is also the Director of Turbo Engineers & Consultants, which delivers services catering to the needs of Power Generation, Oil & gas, and Petrochemical Industries. In addition, Mr.Prakash is actively associated with the Department of Technical Education. In 2014, he conducted an orientation program on "Cross Country Pipeline". His leadership skills, knowledge, and networking abilities made him a respected figure in his field.
