TEDxSCCS Youth

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Alexander Bowles Suarez

Alexander was born in 2009 at Santa Cruz de la Sierra and has lived in Argentina, Venezuela and Bolivia. When he was 7 years old he struggled with the idea of moving to Santa Cruz. Working on his optimistic thoughts and attitude helped him be better and stronger and overcome that struggle. In this video, he wants to help anyone who is having trouble adapting and encourage to adopt a new mindset. This optimistic perspective provides many benefits and can change lives!

Mariano Ferrari

Mariano is an Argentine engineer of Italian origin, an executive in the energy sector with vast multicultural and global experience as a result of having worked in more than 25 countries in different geographies. Former Rugby player and Salesians of Don Bosco alumni. His first interactions with philately were as a teenager in southern Argentina, they continued during his international assignments and continue to the present with the same passion and internal energy.
