Oluwaferanmi Akinbote is a mental health advocate who is also certified in the area of rational emotive behavioral therapy, she is actively invested in researching the connections between mental health and man's day to day activities. She talks and teach on how to leverage the concept of mental wellness to advance man's endeavors.
As part of her mental health advocacy, she hosts a weekly mental health program on radio and also carries out emotional intelligence training for secondary school students and teachers. Part of her work is aimed at promoting humanity in the workspace and helping organizations maximize human capital to achieve organizational goals and productivity.
