Howard Dell

Actor, musician, professional athlete

Recognized in film , TV and theatre as an accomplished actor , Howard captures the audience with his energy humor and sensitivity. He is former Olympian, professional football, basketball player and world champion bronze medalist in bobsleigh. He has a lifetime of experience in sports. He is a distinguished coach in professional sports working with the worlds best athletes in 5 different sports. A liver transplant recipient and 6x world record holder in athletics at the WTG. ( World Transplant Games) Rounding off a talented and disciplined lifestyle Howard is an accomplished musician and well known male vocalist. His most recent battle was surviving colon cancer and keeping life moving forward. Sharing his wisdom for overcoming adversity and self-motivation, he leaves his viewers inspired and energized. He is certainly an educator devoted to self-leadership and self-motivation.

Lavinia Neagoe

Director of Engineering and Bucharest Site Lead

Lavinia Neagoe is Director of Engineering & Bucharest Technology Site Lead at Google, with +15 years of experience in leading global engineering teams. Her mission is to drive excellence in building new technology for businesses and customers. Her ultimate goal is to impact people’s lives in a positive way through technology and innovation. Lavinia is also an active member of the business community, driving education initiatives and bringing in her passion for technology at a very early age.

Lucian Popovici

Engineering Director

One of the masterminds behind one of the most rapidly growing software delivery centers in Romania. With over 20 years of experience working in tech and having progressed from hands-on engineering roles to scaling delivery centers, Lucian has a proven track record of taking teams and companies to new heights. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. When he's not crushing it at work, you can probably meet him early in the morning, running besides his Border Collie doggo in the park, but always thinking about ways to bring great minds in a room together, challenge the status quo, while having some good laughs. He's all about finding purpose, building relationships, and communities. He's also a foodie at heart and loves whipping up a storm in the kitchen. With a passion for both technology and people, Lucian brings a unique perspective to the tech industry. His infectious energy and can-do attitude will leave you feeling inspired and ready to tackle your own challenges.

Melania Damian has a strategic marketing background with strong innovation expertise enriched over the past 10 years by consultancy and entrepreneurship. She’s got 25 years commercial experience, in multi industry, covering around 20 diverse categories from personal care and household cleaning goods to pharmaceuticals, air purification, publishing and the challenge of tobacco products. Since 2013 she fell in love with healthy Food & Beverage concepts and she is the co-creator and passionate business leader of an innovative brand of cold pressed, raw smoothies and juices.
